Andy took all of this in his stride and did all of the legal work required for me with just a negotiation of the selling price on my part; a deal which was seriously worth it and one which took a huge amount of hard work off my hands. Andy kept me up to date every step of the way and honesty made my house move so very easy! Since moving out I have seen the renovations that have taken place at my old property, it is unbelievable.
